Fishing in Kingston, 1000 Islands & Gananoque Ontario

Welcome! The Duetta fishing cottage is located at the base of the Kingston Mills locks on the Cataraqui River in Kingston, Frontenac County, Ontario.

From here you are minutes (or steps) from fishing for Salmon, Large Mouth Bass, Small Mouth Bass, Perch, Pan Fish, and Catfish. View Map

A 20 minute boat ride to the docks in Kingston harbor, you have instant access to Lake Ontario. Head north and you are steps to Kingston Mills Locks and Colonel Bye Lake.

The cottage offers running hot water, new bathroom, fridge, stove and satellite TV and a wood burning stove. For sleeping there are 2 rooms upstairs with 4 beds, a futon and a bunk bed. There is a 14' Aluminum boat available as well.

Straight ahead is an old power station. Above, the famous Kingston Mills Blockhouse still stands guard at the top of the locks. Many a fish including perch and Salmon have been caught right from the dock!

The falls can be seen right from the chairs in the living room as you lounge in front of satellite TV. This is the outside relax station.
